Litha: Radiance and Abundance

A journaling workshop 3pm Sunday.

As the wheel turns toward midsummer, we arrive at Litha—the height of light, warmth, and fullness.

The days are long, the gardens are blooming, and the busyness in Spring in transformed into heavy, humming summer lullaby. This is a threshold of abundance and ripening—both in the outer world and within us.

To mark this midsummer turning, I’m holding a Litha Journaling Workshop where we will reflect on:

🌞 What’s flourishing in our lives and homes
🔥 Where our energy feels most alive, and how to tend it with care
🌾 What’s ready to be harvested — and what still needs gentle tending
🌻 How to root into joy, courage, and simple, wholehearted presence this season

Together, we’ll enter a simple rhythm of writing, reflection, and quiet seasonal ritual.

You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time — bring your journal, a pen, and perhaps a cooling herbal drink. There is a printable Worksheet below that accompanies the workshop.
