Hello and Welcome! I'm Meagan.
After years of creating a home life rooted in warmth, beauty, love, and rhythm, I had a realization:
We can’t lead with courage and spirit if we’re not consistently making space for self-care and inner work.
The systems, routines, rhythms, and rituals that I’m so drawn to support me as much as they support my children. Structuring our days with a harmonious flow of in-breaths and out-breaths uplifts everyone.
For over a decade, I’ve helped parents bring more peace, calm, and connection into their homes by starting with routines and rhythms that nourish them—so they have the stamina to meet the needs of their unique families.
Fifteen years ago, I found myself immersed in the world of natural parenting when my eldest child and I joined a local Waldorf parent-and-child group.
What I learned there—and later in my Waldorf Early Childhood teacher training—resonated deeply with our family values and showed me the kind of home I wanted to create.
Yet I found little practical guidance on how to:
Balance household chores
Parent different ages and stages
Manage busy schedules
Keep up with laundry, meals, and everything else
By the time my fourth child was born, I realized that finding balance meant embracing strong family routines, rhythms, and rituals. As we found our sense of ease and flow, it became clear that these systems nurtured me as much as my children. They became a form of self-care and self-regulation.
The more conscious I was about how we spent our time, the more intentional I could be about making space for my own.
Like all families, we’ve had moments of grief and change, stress and busyness, but it’s the rhythms, routines, and rituals we’ve built that carry us through every season.
Some of my values include health, family, abundance and impact. In my life they look like making space for exercise, conscious parenting practices, tending to our land and farm animals, cooking nutrient-dense ethically raised and grown foods and creating articles and resources for you.
